Dearest friends of ISEE.

Merry Christmas to you all. While Christmas may be completely different for you this year, I hope you find peace and happiness in the day and holiday season. It has been a tumultuous year but for ISEE, we have been overwhelmed by your generosity. The people we serve in Uganda have not been forgotten and for that, we are eternally grateful.

I have posted all of the hamper photos for you to see the smiling faces of the mamas and families receiving your generosity. Andrew has reported laughter, tears, and shouts of joy. For some of the families, this has provided them with something to eat; one Mama reported that she only had a few sweet potatoes to serve her family. What a difference you have made.

After all his hard work, we have asked Andrew to take a break and rest between Christmas and the New Year. He has traveled north to visit his mother and has taken Andy, our driver extraordinaire, along for company.

I cannot express enough my gratitude for your belief in the work we do. It has been difficult not being able to travel and see our Ugandan family but we are lucky to know that Andrew carries on our work tirelessly and that you continue to believe in and support all our projects. Maybe 2021 will allow us to come together and sew again, maybe we will be able to travel overseas and start the presentations and expand our Mama project. We always continue to hope.
