Happy New Year! May your 2018 be filled with health and happiness.
I would like to thank you for your interest in the work that ISEE does in Uganda. Like all charities, all our programs depend on public donations. At this time, I would like to ask you to consider making a recurring donation through our Paypal account to continue to support the work we do to help girls attend school and to empower mothers to support their families. As little as $10 per month can sponsor a Mama or can ensure 10 girls continue their education with the help of a washable sanitary kit.
If you can help us, please click on the recurring donation link on the right of this page. Any amount is greatly appreciated.
We are also looking for support in making our sanitary kits. Most sewing bees are during the week but this Saturday, January 6th, we will be having a sewing bee to accommodate those who want to help but who work during the week. The bee is from 9-12 in North Glenmore. Sewers and non-sewers are needed. Email me if you’d like more information.
If you have fabric (cotton or flannel) that you want to clear out of your home, we are always looking for fabric donations as well!
Last, but certainly not least, I am already starting to put together the next team trip for July 2019. It seems far away but time passes quickly! If you’d like to learn more about traveling to and volunteering in Uganda, I would be happy to meet with you to discuss this opportunity.
Thank you again for believing in the work that ISEE does. If you’d like to be notified of blog updates, you can sign up for notifications on the right of this entry. We promise to never share your email address and we promise not to fill your inbox with messages either! You can also follow us on Facebook and Twitter.
Webale Nnyo – Thank you very much
